Straight Bevel Gears

Straight bevel gear are generally used in light-load, low-speed structures.

Gear coupling is a common mechanical part used by gear reducer to transmit torque. It consists of two parts, the driving shaft and the driven shaft. Most of the general power machines are connected to the working machine by means of it.

Spline Gear Shaft

A splined shaft is a mechanical component that can perform various functions. By mating the internal spline with the external spline, the rotational motion and force are transmitted along the same axis, and the performance is determined by the shape and fit of the design.

Sun and Planet Gears

Planetary gears refer to gear systems that, in addition to being able to rotate around their own axis of rotation like fixed-axis gears, also rotate with the planet carrier around the axes of other gears. Rotation about its own axis is called "rotation", and rotation about other gear axes is called "revolution", just like the planets in the solar system.

Timing Pulley

Timing belt pulley drive is composed of a closed ring tape with equally spaced teeth on the inner circumference and a corresponding pulley. When moving, the teeth of the belt mesh with the teeth groove of the pulley to transmit motion and power, which is a kind of meshing transmission and thus has various characteristics of gear transmission, chain transmission and flat belt transmission.

Ring Gears

The ring gear refers to the internal gear on the same axis as the planet carrier in the planetary gear transmission. It is a key component in the transmission system used to convey the transmission function. It is composed of a flange half-coupling with external teeth and an inner gear ring with the same number of teeth. It is mainly used to start the motor transmission system.
